Job Overview
St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover, NH is seeking a qualified SCIENCE TEACHER for
grades 9-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. This position will include sections of Biology and
STEM. The ideal candidate will:

● possess a strong subject background, teaching experience, and a solid understanding of
high school curriculum in biology and the physical sciences.
share a vision for integrating STEM education.
● bring enthusiasm, energy, and passion to the classroom setting through a variety of
teaching and learning practices.
● connect positively with both students and families.
● support the Catholic mission of the school and engage fully in the life of the school
community.
● demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
● explore collaborative and interdisciplinary teaching relationships with colleagues.
● possess a high level of emotional intelligence.

Education and Experience

● A Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Biology) or related field is required, with a Master’s
degree preferred.
● One to three years of high school teaching experience, or applicable practicum/related
program, is preferred.
● Possession of New Hampshire state certification in appropriate subject area and/or the
ability to work toward state certification.

Job Summary and Expectations

Under the supervision of the Principal and Department Chair, the Teacher:
● assumes responsibility for the leadership and management of the classes they are
assigned.
● strives to achieve the goals of the St. Thomas Aquinas Mission Statement, the Catholic
faith, and values.
● develops and implements a daily instructional program according to the needs of the
students and the established curriculum.
● recognizes and incorporates the rich diversity of the students in the classroom and their
unique God-given talents to foster a culture of belonging.
● maintains accurate records of attendance, scholastic achievement, etc. as required by the
school, diocese, and state.
● establishes positive public relations within and outside the school community.
● commits to ongoing professional learning and growth.

St. Thomas Aquinas High School is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Boys Lacrosse Coach to lead our program and inspire student-athletes for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to sportsmanship, skill development, and the overall growth of each player both on and off the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct effective practices and training sessions
  • Teach fundamental and advanced lacrosse skills and strategies
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment
  • Supervise athletes during practices, games, and team travel
  • Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school administration
  • Promote academic achievement and personal development among players
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members
  • Maintain equipment and field facilities

Qualifications:

  • Previous coaching experience in lacrosse (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the game, rules, and coaching techniques
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with athletes, parents, and staff
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Overview
St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover, NH is seeking a part-time BUS DRIVER for athletic events. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent people skills, and the ability to navigate various routes efficiently. As a Bus Driver, you will:

● be responsible for transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely and safe manner.
● need to adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
● need to maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bus.
● transport athletes to away games.
● need to manage your time effectively to make sure that you follow the schedule and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate traffic or other delays.

Requirements and Experience
● Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
● Clean driving record.
● At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
● High School/Trade School degree preferred.
