Job Overview:
St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover, NH is seeking a facilities team member to support a 3:00pm-11:00pm shift Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing upkeep of the grounds/campus and custodial tasks. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position, reporting to the Facilities Manager.
- Maintain an active presence in the cafeteria moving around the space to ensure student behavior and use of the space that reflects the school community’s values and needs.
- Supports and enforces all school rules and regulations in a consistent and fair manner.
- Bring enthusiasm, energy, and passion to the setting connecting positively with both students and faculty/staff.
- Support the Catholic mission of the school and the life of the school community

Education and Experience
- High school education or equivalent

Job Summary and Expectations
Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, the team member will:
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones
- Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
- Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
- Replace air filters if necessary
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools if appropriate
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Washing and cleaning windows and mirrors
- Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
- Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect refrigerators in break rooms, wipe down surfaces

St. Thomas Aquinas High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic JV Girls Lacrosse Coach for the upcoming spring season. The coach will be responsible for leading and developing the junior varsity girls lacrosse team, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment, and supporting the overall mission of the athletics program.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship
- Teach fundamental lacrosse techniques and game strategies
- Supervise and mentor student-athletes both on and off the field
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff
- Support the varsity lacrosse program as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching or playing experience in lacrosse preferred, not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to student development
- Ability to work collaboratively with the athletics department
- Must meet all school and state coaching requirements (AD can help with this)

Summary: Performs cashiering duties, including general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
- Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
- Stores foods in designated areas in accordance with wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
- Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
- Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
- Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Relays relevant information to supervisor.
- Performs sales transactions.
- Enters sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
- Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment.
- Issues receipts to customers.
- Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
- Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring that cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
- Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

● Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
