St. Thomas Aquinas Head Baseball Coach
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Baseball Coach to lead our baseball program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for coaching, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering both athletic and personal growth in student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all aspects of the baseball program, including practices, games, and team events.
- Teach fundamental and advanced baseball skills, strategies, and sportsmanship.
- Mentor and develop student-athletes.
- Ensure compliance with school, league, and state athletic regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and administration.
- Manage equipment, uniforms, and team budget.
- Promote academic achievement and character development.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience (head or assistant) in baseball, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
- Knowledge of baseball rules, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Obtain required certifications and background checks per the Diocese of Manchester.

Summary: Performs cashiering duties, including general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
- Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
- Stores foods in designated areas in accordance with wrapping, dating, and food safety and rotation procedures.
- Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
- Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
- Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
- Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
- Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Relays relevant information to supervisor.
- Performs sales transactions.
- Enters sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
- Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment.
- Issues receipts to customers.
- Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
- Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring that cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
- Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

● be responsible for transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely and safe manner.
● need to adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
● need to maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bus.
● transport athletes to away games.
● need to manage your time effectively to make sure that you follow the schedule and make adjustments as necessary to accommodate traffic or other delays.
Requirements and Experience
● Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
● Clean driving record.
● At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
● High School/Trade School degree preferred.
