STA Names New Hockey Coach

St. Thomas Aquinas High School proudly announces the hiring of Wayne Sheehan as its next Head Coach of Ice Hockey.  Sheehan has 20 years of experience coaching hockey at the high school level or higher.  He coached NH High School Hockey for twelve seasons (seven as Head Coach) and is the former owner and head coach of the Eastern Kodiaks Junior Hockey Club. 

Coach Sheehan attended Sacred Heart Elementary School and graduated from Central Catholic High in 1985. He possesses a Master’s degree in Education and has a keen understanding of the St. Thomas Aquinas mission and the school’s values. 

Sheehan is also a retired police officer who spent eight years as Chief of Police for Kensington, NH.
