Saturday Night Lights

Football players raise helmets together.
Saints Pride: "With Faith and Honor Held High."

Tomorrow marks the first day of autumn and nothing says “Fall!” quite like an evening football game. We hope all members of the Saints Family (parents, siblings, relatives, friends, alumni) will come out Saturday night, September 23, 7pm for STA’s home football game against Kennett High School.

Along with the customary Saints Pride and onside kicks, our football team will also be serving up canned goods as they team up with the NH Food Bank for its annual “New Hampshire Tackles Hunger” drive. Football Coach Ryan Brown and the team hope to “fill a truck” full of non-perishable food items and/or cash donations to help relieve the needs of our community’s most vulnerable. Ideal contributions include: peanut butter, jelly, tuna, soups, pasta, sauce, canned fruits and canned vegetables (no glass containers, please).

Without a bit of service and mission tied into our athletics, our Saints wouldn’t be who they are- strong, driven athletes who understand the deeper meaning behind “hungry for a win.” Please help us reach our ultimate goal: being Christ to others.

Go Saints!
