A year ago, we entered the Easter season filled with uncertainty as the pandemic had altered life in nearly every way. Today, I am reminded of how far we have come as a school, as a community, and as a nation.
No one could ever have imagined the challenges and triumphs that the 2020-21 school year would bring. Yet here we stand at the precipice of the most solemn yet joyful season of Easter mindful that this is an occasion of Hope.
As we enter into the Holy Triduum tomorrow, we are again grateful to be guided by our distinctive motto: Lux In Tenebris. Darkness cannot overcome the light and nothing affirms this more than Sunday’s promise of Hope.
As always, we pray for those who have been directly affected by the pandemic. We also pray for its end and the restoration of normalcy and safety.
I wish you all a joyful Easter. May this special day be filled with peace.
