Students and/or parents interested in the 2013-14 school year should contact our Admissions Office to be placed on our mailing list.

The best way to get to know St. Thomas is to visit our campus. We recommend all eighth graders plan to attend at least one of our Visitation Days. Students will have the opportunity to spend the day with a St. Thomas host student (usually a current ninth grader). They will attend at least three classes together and be treated to lunch in our cafeteria. Please contact us for available dates and to arrange a visit.

Our Open House is a great way for interested seventh and eighth grade students and their families to see our school and gather information about academics, co-curricular and athletic programs. Families will receive a tour of our campus and have the opportunity to meet current St. Thomas students, faculty, parents, coaches and alumni. Admission packets (include applications and financial aid information) will be distributed.  This year, we are adding a small evening Open House for families who were unable to attend the October 28 Open House.

Taking the Entrance Exam is required as part of the admissions process at St. Thomas. Students may choose to test on either the 1st or the 8th of December. Testing takes place at St. Thomas from 8:30am - 11:30am. Pre-registration is encouraged. To register for our entrance exam please submit the $40 application/entrance exam fee with student name and choice of test date. This can be done prior to submitting the application or with the completed application. 

 

Completed applications for the ninth grade class are due. For information regarding late applications please contact the Admissions Office.

 

Transfer applicants: Applications for grade 10, 11 and 12 are being accepted for the 2012-2013 school year. Applications and decisions are accepted and made on a rolling basis. It is suggested that students apply by mid-March to afford applicants as much opportunity as possible.
