Come Help STA Go Green!
April 28, 2008This Saturday, May 3rd, from 2-4pm, STA is seeking help from parents, students, faculty, staff and alumni in order to spruce up our grounds. In addition to normal springtime raking, mulching and plant maintenance, the STA campus is in need of a little special attention this year, and out of this is born our 1st annual STA Green Day. As we prepare for some extensive grounds renovations this summer, plants are being moved to the homes of volunteers who will care for them until the construction is over. The Green Day will kick off the efforts and also get our campus looking great!
If you are interested in helping, please bring gloves, shovels, yard rakes and grading rakes with you. The Green Day will even feature a barbeque to conclude the day's efforts.
