Parent Conferences

Parent Conferences will be held Thursday, October 2nd from 3pm to 5pm and 6pm to 730pm. School will be dismissed at 2pm to allow for the afternoon conference session. Appointments are not required for these conferences. Parents should print out their student’s mid quarter grade report (an email notification will be sent to parents when grade reports are available from Edline) and a conference room location which is linked below. Please note that teachers will have a dinner break from 5pm to 6pm. If you have any questions concerning Edline or printing grade reports, please contact Brenda Knapp or Jim Christie.

On Thursday, between the afternoon and evening Parent/Teacher Conferences, the Guidance Department will present a workshop for senior and junior parents to introduce the Family Connection software that was given to seniors in classes last week. The workshop will be offered at 5:00 and repeated at 5:30 so that those attending can plan to come to the one that is most convenient. How to utilize the software at home to research colleges, create and maintain a resume, construct a college list, and review the schedule of college visits will be demonstrated; plus, a personal access code will be distributed to all attendees.
