Gale LeClair has been a member of the St. Thomas Guidance Department since 1996. She brings a broad educational perspective to St. Thomas having taught several content areas and been a counselor at the middle school, high school, and college levels during her career. As Guidance Director she has an eye on the adjustment of incoming students and the entire process of adolescent development at St. Thomas.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and paddling her kayak.
