The Alumni Office will be hosting a "Welcome" Reception for the newest members of the St. Thomas alumni community - the class of 2008.

for all Grandparents and special friends.... please join us for this 1st annual event. Beginning at 9:30 with refreshments and a tour of the annual St. Thomas Art Show, which will take place in the gymnasium. At 10:30 the entire student body will join our guests in the gym for the day time performance of our Spring Music Performance. The Political Club will be sponsoring a program called the "Hero Pack Project" that will allow the STA community to support military families. For a one week period (5/22 - 5/29) every home room will receive a backpack, or "Hero pack," provided by a group known as "Operation Military Kids." We are asking that students gather donations, based on a list they will get in their home room, and bring the donations to home room each morning to place in their Hero Pack. On Thursday, May 29, Hero Packs will be collected, and will eventually be given to children in the area who have parents that are actively deployed in the military. The cause is very worthy. Thanks for all your help.
