To the classmates and special guests who attended the 20th Reunion, Saturay, June 21, 2008 at Blue Latitudes. We had a great turnout and a fabulous time!
A message for you...
We had a nice turn-out of about thirty people and a great time catching up at our 20 year reunion on June 21st. We talked and talked for five hours. This was the first reunion I'd attended because I'm no longer local; but I am so glad I flew in for this one. A few other people had never been back for a reunion either.
After all this time, there were people who looked very much the same and others whom I wouldn't have recognized if I passed them on the street. In my mind I could still see faces of everyone at 18 years old; because that's the last time I'd seen most of them. Each person who walked into the room was a great surprise. We were happy to have Mrs. Pike, Mrs. Burridge, Mr. Quinn and Mr. Holtz join us. They haven't changed much at all. Trying to track people down was a bit of a challenge. It's hard to remember life before internet and email when we graduated. Hopefully, we'll have even more classmates present if we get together in five more years.
Thanks to all who attended! As much as our lives have changed; we all share that common thread between us: some of the best years of our young lives while at St. Thomas.
See you all in five more!
