Constituent Relations Associate
DESCRIPTION: As a member of the Advancement Team, this individual will build relationships with various school constituent groups in an effort to support the mission of St. Thomas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing and coordinating outreach programs, special events, and reunions. He or she will assist with overall fundraising efforts at St. Thomas, including, but not limited to, Aquinas Fund, Major Gift solicitation, Capital Campaign involvement, Special Appeal projects and Planned Giving initiatives. This individual will also be a visible presence on campus, involved with current students through work with Student Ambassadors and other student groups. Attendance at school wide events and fund raising events will be expected. This individual will work closely with team members in external relations and enrollment management to be one of the many public faces of St. Thomas in the community.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree and understanding of the Catholic school culture
• Record of accomplishment, initiative and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate the mission of St. Thomas, verbally and in written form
• Strong technical experience including Microsoft Office proficiency and graphic design familiarity
• Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge or similar data-base experience
• Experience in non-profit agency or education institution with similar mission of St. Thomas
• Professionalism and collaborative nature will define the strongest candidates

Bus Drivers
St. Thomas is currently seeking bus drivers. Licensed school bus driver will be given preference. Candidates with a CDL with passenger endorsement are also highly desirable. Competitive hourly wage for both full-time route and part-time sports/activities drivers.
