Campus Ministry

The Campus Ministry Program is a vital part of the STA experience. In cooperation with the Theology Department, it adds a variety of meaningful learning experiences.A service program, leadership opportunities, and worship experiences exposeeach student to skills that are required for effective Christian living intoday’s world.

Our goal as a Catholic school is to foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each person in the school community, and provide the foundation for each individual to choose a more committed or growth-oriented lifestyle. This growth process encompasses one’s relationship with God, society, and self. In preparing tomorrow’s leadership, our mission is to form responsible leaders who are sensitive to the demands of justice in the world. The Campus Ministry Program is coordinated by a team of faculty and administrators. It includes a Director, a Chaplain (a Diocesan priest), a Community Service Coordinator, the Theology Department Chairperson, and the Music Ministry Director. This team works with students to sponsor spiritual and pastoral programs for the St. Thomas community. Mr. Keith Adams is the Director of Campus Ministry and Mr. Brett Payeur is the Associate Campus Minister. Offices are on both first and third floor with open office hours.
